Armrug review in HedMag - Friday November 18, 2005
HedMag, Preston's leading alternative music fanzine, reviewed our performance at their very own HedParty at The 12 Bar in Preston. They found it to be rather entertaining all told (even though we had a few on-stage disasters!)...
"Armrug are a hip, rock Preston/Manchester based threesome with a punk edge and energy to burn. The track ?Everybody Loves A Little Bit of Armrug? is delivered at a frenetic pace with lyrics which bounce in and out cleverly to coincide with the two guitars and drum setup. It really works well and the band manages to make light hearted, easily digestable music. The pace doesn?t drop throughout with lots of quick, high tempo tracks like ?Affected? played with aplomb?. They are brash and up front, yet likeable with it and they represent a band that could make great strides in the future."
